Production time for our print-on-demand products is 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping methods can only take place after production is complete. Please allow for adequate production and shipping time to ensure your item(s) arrive in time for any specific occasion. Production time cannot be expedited. Books, cards, and other materials will be shipped within 7 business days of order placement. Delivery times are only estimates and may vary, depended on selected shipping method. See shipment confirmation email for tracking information, if available. Shipping is available only in the U.S. at this time.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges after digital proofs are approved (books displayed on Stareworthy Book Builder in builder and/or preview mode). If you cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement, you may receive a full refund. If your book arrives to you damaged, we will replace your copy for you. Please contact us at orders@stareworthy.com with your order number and name if you encounter any issues with your order.
